Nicole Caicedo was born in Winchester, Massachusetts. She served 4 years in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces member. When she got out she made a vow to commit herself to something she was passionate about and would enjoy and in fact come to love for the rest of her life. She immediately went and enrolled in culinary school in 2014 and graduated in March of 2017. Cooking has always been a passion for her ever since she was a little girl watching her Abuela make her famous corn pudding. Along side the smoothie shop Nicole’s goal was to one day open an International food truck.

            Simply Divine Nutrition is  a place for people to come and get healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner options. Serving her community with a wide variety of options from fresh pressed juices, smoothies, protein smoothie, wraps and salads she makes sure there is an option for everyone. We are committed to giving all of our customers amazing customer service from the time they order their food to the time they take the first bite of their meal.

We are located in Clovis, New Mexico on Cannon Afb. Our food and drinks speaks for themselves and caters to all age groups.
